How you join, what you do day to day, how you earn, and how and when you get paid. Your own rates are agreed when you join and always shown in your partner dashboard.
Every time you sell hardware, you give the customer their first year of 868POS free:
That's it. Their register, inventory, staff accounts and reports are ready to use the same day.
Every customer who starts with one of your keys is linked to you permanently. You then earn a commission on the money they pay 868POS:
You earn on each customer for the period agreed when you join, counted from the day they activate. The free first year itself doesn't pay a commission, since nothing is charged for it.
You see what you need to track your earnings. You never see inside a customer's business: their sales, stock and accounts stay private to them.
Keep the dashboard open and tap Turn on alerts to hear a sound when a new delivery comes in.
You earn your agreed flat fee for every delivery you complete. It's added to your earnings the moment you mark a delivery as delivered. The customer pays the delivery fee to 868POS when they order, so you never collect cash or chase payment at the door.
How you'd like to be paid: choose in the Payout tab of your dashboard.
For your security, 868POS verifies your PayPal email or bank details before your first payout, and again any time you change them. Payouts pause until they're verified, so nobody else can redirect your money.
PayPal can't send TT$. Earnings in TT$, like delivery fees, are paid to PayPal as the US$ equivalent at 868POS's exchange rate on the day you're paid. Choose bank transfer if you'd rather receive TT$.
No. There's no fee to join or to use the partner dashboard.
No. There's no exclusivity. Keep selling whatever else you sell, however you already sell it.
868POS does. Your customers contact us directly for anything to do with the software.
Cancel the key in your dashboard before it's activated and issue a new one. If you issued it this month, the slot goes back into your allowance.
The key expires after the set number of days and can't be used. Issue a new one if they still want to start.
For the period agreed when you join, counted from the day each customer activates their key. It's shown under Payout in your dashboard.
Yes, if the terms aren't being followed. While paused you can still see your customers and earnings and finish deliveries already on the road, but you can't issue keys, take new deliveries or request payouts until it's resolved with us.
