Does 868POS work offline?
Yes. A device needs to be online once to activate. After that, 868POS keeps working when the internet drops and syncs when it comes back.
What hardware does it run on?
It runs in the browser on tablets, phones and computers, so there's nothing to install. It works with USB receipt printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers, and with Bluetooth printers on Android through the free RawBT app.
Can my customers pay online?
Yes. You connect your own WiPay or PayPal account, and online payments go straight to your business.
Is it made in Trinidad and Tobago?
Yes. 868POS is built and supported in Trinidad and Tobago by HTML Platforms.
Can my staff use it in another language?
Yes. Each device can be set to any of 18 languages, including Spanish, Chinese, Hindi and Arabic.
